To determine the estimated shipping cost to ship any item to your desired address, you may select any item and the estimated shipping cost will be displayed in your cart. The shipping rates are displayed on your shopping cart page, with a map showing your location and the option to select a different location. You are NOT obligated to make the purchase or provide a payment method if you do not choose to proceed to checkout.
Actual Shipping Fee The actual shipping fee will be displayed at checkout once your actual destination address in inserted on the shipping page.
Shipping Guarantee Fee Shipping Guarantee offers premium protection and safety for your valuable items during international shipping. We’ll reship your package immediately at no extra charge if it’s reported lost or shoes are damaged. It is optional, you will be able to uncheck it if you do not need the shipping insurance.

www.sunnycarsupplies.com processes online orders 7 working days a week with some exceptions such as holidays. We typically process and package online orders placed before 5:00 pm EST on the same day an order is placed. Online orders placed after 5:00 PM EST are processed the following business day. Orders with a large number of items or custom orders may take 2 or more additional days to process. While we process orders 7 days a week, DHL picks up shipments from our warehouse Monday through Saturday, with some exceptions including holidays.
www.sunnycarsupplies.com does not assume any responsibility for any delays with shipping an order or the manner it was delivered after it is transferred to the possession of DHL or any other carrier.
Note:
1) The shipping time mentioned above refers to the estimated time of business days that the shipment will take after an order has been shipped.
2) Business days do not include Saturday/Sunday and any public holidays.
3) These estimates are based on normal circumstances and are not a guarantee of delivery times.
4) Above shipping methods may be changed due to specific situation.
5) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
6) Shipping Time does not include a 1-2 working day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
7) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
8) The actual shipping fee will be displayed at checkout once your actual destination address in inserted on the shipping page.
9) If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was placed.
10) If you address is remote areas where is out of the DHL service, we need to charge extra $30 for the shipping fee.
